By registering as a Local Mama Business Partner, you agree to the terms below. These terms govern your listing, subscription, and use of the Local Mama platform.

1. Business Registration

You confirm that all information provided during onboarding is true, accurate, and belongs to a legally operating business in India. Local Mama reserves the right to verify details and reject or remove listings that are false, misleading, or violate applicable law.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed as an annual (yearly) subscription. Fees are charged at the time of onboarding via Razorpay. Applicable GST is charged additional to the base price shown on the pricing page.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment is successful and your listing is activated, no refund will be issued for partial usage, downgrade, cancellation, or voluntary removal of the listing during the active subscription period.

4. Content & Media

You grant Local Mama a non-exclusive licence to display the business name, images, contact details, and descriptions you upload on our directory, mobile app, and marketing channels for the duration of your subscription.

5. Prohibited Businesses

Local Mama does not allow listings that promote illegal activity, adult services, gambling, counterfeit goods, or anything that violates Indian law.

6. Suspension & Termination

Local Mama may suspend or terminate a listing without refund if the business breaches these terms, receives sustained customer complaints, or misrepresents its services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Local Mama acts as a directory and marketing platform. We are not a party to any transaction between customers and businesses and are not liable for the quality of goods or services provided by listed businesses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
