Local Mama respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from business owners and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you register as a business partner we collect: business name, owner name, mobile number, email address, business address, category, timings, PAN/GST (optional), photos, and payment identifiers returned by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to create and display your public listing, verify your business, process payments, send onboarding confirmations by email and WhatsApp, and provide customer support.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Local Mama never stores your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We only store the payment reference returned by Razorpay.

4. Sharing

Your public listing details (business name, address, timings, photos, category) are shown to customers on Local Mama. We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers (payments, email, WhatsApp) only to the extent required to run the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your listing data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to localmama4@gmail.com. Deletion requests during an active subscription do not entitle you to a refund (see Refund Policy).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transit (HTTPS) and private storage for uploaded images.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
